For 15 days after you receive your New BlackBerry®, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the phone and we will refund the full purchase price. (for Used and refurbished Blackberrys the return period is 7 days.)
When your order is processed we send an estimated ship date. You will not receive tracking # until your order is shipped. Avg transit times are: Express 1-2 days, Priority 2-5 days.
