    We are so certain you will be satisfied with your BlackBerry® and the unlimited services for only $50 per month, that we have a no hassle return and refund policy.

    Our no hassle return and refund policy
    For 14 days after you receive your BlackBerry®, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the phone and we will refund the full purchase price. For used or refurbished BlackBerrys the period is 7 days.

    Exclusions (the fine print)

    • The phone must be returned in the original packaging and with all the accessories.
    • If you have activated the Boost SIM card, then we will deduct $20 for the cost of the SIM card that you used.
    • For the model 8350i Curve there is a $50 restocking fee.
    • Express or foreign shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Payments that you have made to Boost Mobile for monthly service are not refundable by BoostBerry.com

    Returns, exchanges, or repairs
    Please contact us via email service@BoostBerry.com to request return authorization (RA#). Please do not return items without first contacting us to get an RA #. Items returned without an RA# may be refused. Please use the original packaging to avoid any damage to the phone in shipping.
